Zorxa provides automation infrastructure that processes inputs, applies AI understanding, triggers workflows, connects business systems, and executes approved operational actions.

Customers define their workflows, connected systems, and operational rules. Zorxa acts as the execution layer that runs these processes automatically.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zorxa to process illegal content, send spam, bypass platform rules, misuse third-party APIs, or automate actions that violate applicable laws or platform policies.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Your workflow logic and automation rules
  • Accuracy of connected system credentials
  • Permissions granted to Zorxa
  • Compliance of your data and operations with applicable laws.

4. System Availability

Zorxa is designed for reliability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Availability may be affected by:

  • Maintenance or infrastructure updates
  • Third-party system outages (APIs, platforms)
  • Customer configuration issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including operational loss or business interruption.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
  • Zorxa provides infrastructure and execution capabilities but does not guarantee specific business results or outcomes.


6. Modifications

These terms may be updated as Zorxa evolves. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
